Choose a store that has onboarded its shelves. You see their real catalogue and their prices.
Add the things you buy on a rhythm: weekly, every two weeks, monthly. Adjust any time before it runs.
The store confirms, packs and tells you when it is ready. You collect and pay at the counter. Points land in your account.

For stores
Your customers' refills tell you what to order before they walk in. No terminal, no integration: a phone at the counter is enough.
The pilot runs in Houston with a handful of stores and a few dozen households, for three months. Leave your email and we will open the doors to you first, whether you shop or you run a store.
Questions
Yes for shoppers. You pay the store's normal prices at the counter when you collect. Stores pay a flat yearly or six-monthly fee to be on Refill Me, and nothing per order.
At pickup, the way you do today. Card payment inside the app is coming after the pilot.

Your orders stay between you and your store. We use aggregate, anonymised demand data to help stores stock better, and never sell personal details. The privacy policy has the full version.
Any time before it runs: adjust items, move the date, pause it, or delete it. An order that has been placed can be cancelled while the store has not yet started on it.
